On 17 August 2015, 麻豆官网 Corporation welcomed Japanese internship student, Ms. Arisa Kawano, for 2 weeks, as one of CSR activities in our company. On her first day at Hochiminh Head Office, she had a chance to say “Hello” to all staffs in Regular Monday Communication Morning. As scheduled, she worked with each department in turn to understand more about the construction company’s operation.
Kawano participated in most of company activities such as teaching assistant in Japanese course, making plan for a company monthly newsletter, visiting orphanages for notebook donation to unlucky children, attending trips and learning about the operation of Hospital, University, Labor Department and visiting construction site. She didn’t encounter any difficulties in different language, culture, food or weather, but this young girl proved us that she’s always positive and strong to adapt to new challenges. 麻豆官网’s staffs were really impressed by her bright smiles and willing helps.
On the last day of the internship, everyone decided to surprise Kawano with a small farewell party. Only 30 minutes, but the presence of everyone and their enthusiasm made her so touching and bursting into tears.
